Artlink, Inc. is one of the oldest, all-volunteer run, 501-C-3 arts organizations in Downtown Phoenix. Our mission is to maintain and enhance our current regular events, including the monthly First Fridays art walk, the annual Art Detour self-guided tour, a Juried Exhibition and an art-related fundraiser.

    For vending opportunities on Roosevelt Row, visit Roosevelt Row A.R.T.S. Market.

  • Can Artlink find a place for me to show my art?

    Because each gallery has their own vision and submission policy, it is in your best interest to visit the spaces and see which ones might best fit your style and contact them directly about their submission policies. If you send us a couple of images and a brief description by email, we might be able to point you in the direction of potential galleries.

  • Does the City of Phoenix or Phoenix Art Museum run First Fridays?

    No, First Fridays is a community event that is supported by many individuals and organizations. Through generous contributions, Artlink facilitates a free shuttle for attendees. Downtown Phoenix Journal publishes a detailed map for an ultimate art walk experience. The City helps to promote events that are happening in downtown Phoenix, including First Friday. The Phoenix Art Museum offers free parking for First Friday guests.

  • I don’t have/can’t use/hate the computer, can I sign-up and pay by phone or through the mail?

    We do understand that not every person can do transactions online, but because of our relatively small group of volunteers, any time you can use the website, it is greatly appreciated. Our new site has a lot of features to tend to your needs. If this is not an option for you, contact us by phone/email and we will take it from there.

  • Is there a First Fridays event in the summer?

    Yes, First Fridays takes place 12 months and year and always falls on the very first Friday of every month, even if that date is a holiday.

  • Where can I get a First Fridays map?

    At the headquarters at the Phoenix Art Museum or at many of the venues on the tour. If you want to print one out, there is a .PDF available on the website.
